I'm already in contact with Apple's support hoping they can help me because I use the Macbook just for work, I'm a mobile app developer and I really need the Macbook to be able to do my job properly. I took it to authorized support again and it's the same problem, the Logic Board receives energy but is not able to turn on. Unfortunately, I was wrong, on March 23 I was in a meeting Mac's screen froze and I wasn't able to turn it on anymore. Ok, after that I thought everything was fine, after all, it's a new Macbook, only two years old. On February 23 he didn't turn on, I took it to authorized support and they have identified that the Logic Board was not working anymore, I phoned Apple's support, I explained the situation and they have replaced the broken piece. I bought a Macbook Pro 16" through Amazon UK in February 2020. Why is the Macbook Pro logic board so fragile? Hello, So if the process is to ask the technician to submit the request, it’s gonna be difficult, how can I solve this? I need a long term solution, are anyway that I can send over and exchange an unit? Our local technician here doesn’t know about exchanging the unit, at least the service centre that I went to.
I had been sending to repair over and over again, and I don’t think this is a long term solution for a person who needs to work, am I able to exchange an new unit? My warranty is over but I have Apple care, and I contacted Apple support before the warranty over and the customer service person assured me that even if the warranty is over as long as you hit the third time of repair for the same issue, I am eligible for exchange an unit.Why is my logic board fried everytime?
